Here at e.l.k Cleaning Services we pride ourselves on focusing on you, the owner, meeting your wishes and needs. We will develop a tailor made package which is individual to each property and owner according to your desired requirements.

If there is something specific you require for your holiday home, not mentioned here, we will endeavour to provide it for you at the lowest cost.

Our staff work to a comprehensive checklist and this is then re-checked before your guests arrival by a supervisory member of our team.

All cleaning is performed to the highest standard, attention to detail being of the utmost importance to us.

Inventory thoroughly checked and any problems are reported.

We offer a full linen hire service, or if you prefer we can freshly launder your own in house items for the next changeover.

On request we can complete a mid-stay linen change for your guests.

Sumptuous quality toiletries can be left for your guests.

We are able to provide beautiful fresh flowers waiting for your guests arrival, a wonderful touch which gets great feedback.

We can also provide a luxurious hamper, full of delicious locally sourced produce of your choosing.

We will leave a lovely handwritten welcome card for your guests.

We will complete a fridge fill prior to your guests arrival, for essential such as milk, bread and more.

A friendly meet and greet can be arranged for your guests upon arrival. Where they can be shown around the property and ask any questions about the local area etc.

We can provide a tailor made welcome pack for your guests, which will include details of how to work any appliances in your property, emergency contact numbers and details of local services.

We remove all traces of your previous guests, which includes off site removal of rubbish.

If your property has been vacant for a period of time, we offer a check and refresh service. During this, we will check all appliances and lighting and also complete a dust refresh of the property.

We offer a deep clean service to include carpet cleaning, steam cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms and a full oven valet. We will tailor a package which suits your property requirements. This can be carried out upon our recommendations or as requested.
